Sauceless Spaghetti



1lb of cooked ground beef

1 green pepper chopped

1/2 red pepper chopped

4 oz of spaghetti noodles

1/4 cup of bitter

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 garlic glove minced

1 teaspoon of itialian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 teaspoon of basil

Salt and pepper for taste



Prep & Cook

Season and Brown the ground beef in skillet.  Sauté the green peppers or any additional vegetable you may want to add such as onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and celery etc. Then mix in with the ground beef.

Prepare the spaghetti in a large pot as directed on box.  After you drain the spaghetti add the meat mixture to the pot and the seasonings, butter and oil.  Mix well and season to taste…Serve with garlic bread and salad of choice enjoy.
